A: Yes, the activity is usually held even in light rain.
We choose the best possible location for the day around Nakijin Village, Motobu, or Nago, depending on the weather and sea conditions.
However, for safety reasons, the tour may be canceled in the event of lightning (as indicated by radar or official warnings), strong winds, or unsafe ocean conditions.
If we determine that there is any danger, the activity will not proceed.
※Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the meeting point. We appreciate your understanding.
A:Please come wearing clothes that can get wet 🏖️ (such as a swimsuit or quick-dry activewear).
※ We will provide life jackets and marine shoes for you.
A:Please bring a change of clothes, a bath towel, and a drink 🥤.
Also, since the sun can be very strong ☀️, we recommend bringing a rash guard 🎽, a hat 👒, and sunscreen 🧴 for sun protection.
A:Since we hold the tour at the best location of the day (often a hidden or lesser-known beach), there are no permanent facilities such as changing rooms or showers.
However, we do provide a portable rinse shower and changing poncho towels for your convenience.
A:This is a local meet-up and local dismissal style tour.
We hold the tour at natural beaches in northern Okinawa, near popular sightseeing areas such as Jangalila, Churaumi Aquarium, Motobu, Nakijin, and Kouri Island.
Since SUP is easily affected by wind, we choose the best beach with the most stable conditions on the day of the tour — one that’s protected from wind and waves.
We will inform you of the exact meeting point (usually a convenient spot like a nearby convenience store) in advance.
A:Your safety is our top priority, and we want everyone to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.
For young children who are not able to paddle on their own, we may arrange tandem SUP (two-person board) with a parent or the guide.
Please note:
We may decline participation for guests with certain health conditions, pre-existing medical issues, or those under the influence of alcohol.
If you have any concerns, feel free to consult with us in advance.
A:Since the tour is mainly operated by one guide, we usually accept groups of 1 to 5 people.
However, for groups of up to around 10 people, we may be able to accommodate you with advance notice.
Please feel free to contact us early, and we’ll do our best to arrange it!
A:For safety reasons, we kindly ask that guests who fall under any of the following conditions refrain from participating:
Those who cannot follow the guide’s instructions
Individuals with high blood pressure, heart, spinal, or neck conditions, epilepsy, hyperventilation, or those taking medication for these issues
Anyone who is under the influence of alcohol, hungover, or has consumed alcohol before the tour
Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant
Anyone with a medical condition that may worsen due to participation
Anyone deemed unable to participate safely at the discretion of the staff
❗Please note: If you join the tour without informing us of any applicable medical conditions listed above, we will not be able to provide any support or take responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
